The Application is a local Bluetooth scanning tool. It only scans nearby public Bluetooth device information locally on your device for basic display purposes. The Application does not collect, store, upload or use any personal user information. Registration is not required to use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise or approximate location information of your mobile device. Bluetooth scanning only works within local short‑range detection and will not obtain your geographic location data.
Since the Application does not collect any personal data or user information, no data is shared with any third‑party services, platforms or individuals. All scanned Bluetooth data is only processed locally on your phone and never transmitted externally.
You can stop all local scanning activities of the Application by turning off Bluetooth permission or uninstalling the app. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s use of this Application. Users must be at least 16 years old to consent to use this service in relevant regions.
